For chicken in the US, I just like to bake it, and that works out really well. (In Taiwan all I had was a toaster oven.) But it is possible to whip up a home cooked meal in about fifteen minutes in a skillet using the technique I outlined here. I think you could probably do it with tofu instead of meat, though I have never tried.Aya Katzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07830585801297506770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5114557797964536377.post-54252614746474553552015-10-06T22:03:31.081-07:002015-10-06T22:03:31.081-07:00Family meals can be tricky. I have also tried these with veggie dishes, but they are ideal for people who like a roast chicken, or something of that nature.Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11147781152448695481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5114557797964536377.post-13345933743274134152015-10-06T17:46:26.531-07:002015-10-06T17:46:26.531-07:00Thanks, Kathy. He is almost human-like with his use of a fork and very well-mannered means of eating. I love eating a meal at home and the quick prep time of this meal! I never thought much about how much quicker a pork chop will cook if I just chopped it up! I'll have to try the trick of adding lemon juice to make more steam too - probably makes things cook quicker!Nikkis Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04900207220789667368noreply@blogger.com
